主要从事海洋微生物生态学的研究，关注海洋中的微生物与病毒对环境的适应及二者的相互作用。研究成果在Environmental Microbiology，Applied and Environmental Microbiology等领域内高水平杂志发表。

Research Interests:
1. Bacteriophage-host interaction: focus on the co-evolution between marine bacteriophages and their hosts, including prophage and gene transfer agent.
2. Marine microbial ecology: to investigate the impact of bacteria and viruses in marine ecological process and their adaptation mechanism to the environment.
