海洋微生物科学与技术、海洋微生物生态学与微生物海洋学
主要研究内容:
(1)海洋微生物资源分类与系统进化;
(2)海洋极端微生物独特的生命特征与环境适应机制及结构基础;
(3)海洋微生物酶的结构与功能及其驱动有机碳、氮、磷、硫生物地球化学循环过程与分子机制;
(4)海洋微生物资源开发与利用技术。
科研项目
主持承担多项国家自然科学基金重点类项目、国家重点研发计划项目/课题、山东省重大创新工程等重大、重点项目,研究经费充足。
荣誉及获奖情况
1、2010年,获得国家自然科学基金杰青青年基金;
2、2012年,获得山东省技术发明奖一等奖,第一位;
3、2012年,被聘为科技部863计划十二五海洋领域主题专家组专家;
4、2015入选国家百千万人才工程,被授予“有突出贡献的中青年专家”荣誉称号;
5、2017年,获得教育部自然科学奖一等奖,第一位;
6、2009年被入选山东省泰山学者特聘教授,2015年延聘第二期;
